Summer returned to Michigan on February 22, 2008, at the Alzheimer’s Association’s Summer Somewhere ‘08 fundraiser. More than 300 people joined the Association at Washtenaw Community College to celebrate summer at Daytona Beach and helped raise more than $40,000 to support local programs for people with Alzheimer’s, their family members and caregivers.
