The Alzheimer's Association, Michigan Great Lakes Chapter and the Tri-County Office on Aging (TCOA) are seeking sponsors and golfers to participate in the 2010 Lansing Charity Golf Outing on June 15, 2010. We are very excited to announce that this year's outing will be held at a new venue - Walnut Hills in East Lansing.
Proceeds raised from this event will support local programs and services including TCOA's Meals on Wheels program and the Alzheimer's Association's 24/7 toll-free Helpline, education programs, support groups, and family counseling services.
Both organizations are very excited about the opportunity to collaborate once again on this community event. This outing has received great support from the corporate community and local golfers alike and the money raised for the event will help both organizations reach more individuals and families in the greater Lansing area. This partnership is so beneficial, not only because of the fundraising effort, but the increase in awareness and advocate efforts that involve the aging population and persons with disabilities.

Highlights of the event, which begins at 10:00 AM, include 18 holes of golf, lunch and refreshments on the course, a buffet dinner, silent auction items, and door prizes.
